Prerequisite for Vocabulary Reassessment



Complete the Vocabulary Assessment Correction Form on your own for EACH word / EACH definition / EACH part of speech you missed. HANDWRITE neatly and legibly. If a word has more than one definition or can be more than one part of speech, do all of the following for EACH definition/part of speech. Corrections on loose-leaf or other paper will not be accepted; they must be submitted on this form. Remember, corrections are the prerequisite for reassessment.

Forms (on orange paper) are available in my classroom, but you can also print them yourself. Still, they must be handwritten, not typed (copy/pasted).

If you don’t turn them in before your vocabulary assessment this week, it will be a permanent zero in the learning target logs (unless there are mitigating circumstances that you’ve already discussed with me/I already know about).
