Reading Without Walls Challenge

Our good friend Gene Luen Yang, author of American Born Chinese and Library of Congress’s Ambassador for Young People’s Literature, has issued the “Reading Without Walls Challenge,” a challenge we will gladly take on!

Reading Without Walls is the perfect opportunity to add to our reading lists for our 40 Book Challenge, too.

Now, take the time to add to the list of books you’ve read this year (on GoogleClassroom).

Then, fill out a book recommendation square for our classroom bulletin board – include your name, how many books you’ve read so far, and the title and author of one book you’d recommend to your classmates.

Next, if you’d like, add a recommendation to the Reading Without Walls Challenge bulletin board outside the Library! Grab a bookmark, write the title and author on it, and pin it to the Library bulletin board.
